1. Entries must be in digital video format and 30 to 60 seconds in length.
  2. Entries will be judged on the effectiveness of the message.
  3. Entrants must be New Jersey residents, and between the ages of 13 to 18 as of September 1, 2011.
  4. Entries can be the work of individuals or teams (limited to no more than three persons per team).
  5. Videos must be the work of the individual or team listed on the entry form.
  6. Entries must be submitted using the online form at www.njgreenchallenge.org beginning September 12, 2011.
  7. Deadline for entries is 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2011. The winners will be announced in early 2012.
